Product description

The ProJet® 7000 HD from 3D Systems is an industrial stereolithography 3D printer that produces precise, high-quality parts with a generous build volume of 380 × 380 × 250 mm. Thanks to a resolution of up to 4000 DPI, it delivers exceptionally fine details and smooth surfaces, ideal for applications in aerospace, automotive, medical and more. Compatibility with a wide range of Accura® SLA resins enables the production of prototypes, moulds and final parts with specific mechanical properties. The integrated 3D Sprint® software facilitates data preparation and print management, while the 3D Connect™ service function ensures proactive maintenance and maximum uptime.

With 3D Sprint PRO for SLA (optional), you can simplify file preparation with native CAD import and advanced mesh repair tools. At the same time, you achieve higher productivity through automatic placement, improve manufacturing efficiency with precisely matched support structures and reduce the need for additional software thanks to the proven Geomagic technology already embedded.

Parts with consistent precision and the finest details

The parts are consistently accurate across the entire build platform from print to print, from machine to machine. Properties can be reproduced with repeatable accuracy down to 0.050 mm or 0.002 in, depending on geometry, orientation and print mode.
