Product description

The MJP 300W is a specialised 3D printer for jewellery manufacturing that produces high-precision wax models for the investment casting process. Using MultiJet Printing technology and VisiJet® wax materials, it produces flexible, robust and detailed models that can be seamlessly integrated into existing casting processes. The four available printing modes allow it to be customised to different requirements in terms of speed and level of detail. The combination of high printing speed, large build space and automated support structure removal makes the MJP 300W an efficient solution for jewellery production.

Casting quality

The MJP 300W uses materials such as VisiJet® made from 100% wax to produce flexible, robust and high-quality jewellery models. These materials are designed to ensure reliable performance and consistent results when used with existing lost-wax casting processes and equipment.

VisiJet materials melt in the same way as conventional casting waxes, enabling flawless castings without any ash content. They are very robust and are therefore ideal for handling and casting complex jewellery details. In addition, their high-contrast colours allow for easy visualisation of fine details.

High-resolution patterns

Create jewellery models with precise, razor-sharp edges and exceptionally sharp details that faithfully reproduce the original CAD design. The superior resolution of the MJP 300W, together with the soluble and fusible support structures, ensures excellent surface quality, reducing the need for time-consuming post-processing and costly polishing of precious metals and allowing greater design freedom, especially for geometries whose surfaces cannot be polished due to their location and position. These fine wax patterns are printed directly, saving time and costs and eliminating the moulding restrictions associated with conventional tools.
