DMP Flex 200

The DMP Flex 200 is an industrial metal 3D printer from 3D Systems, designed for the precise production of small, complex metal parts. With a build volume of 140 × 140 × 115 mm and a powerful 500 watt laser, it enables the production of the finest details and thinnest wall thicknesses. The patented layer compaction technology allows the use of smaller particles, resulting in a typical accuracy of ±50 μm for small parts. An innovative clamping mechanism facilitates loading and unloading of the build plate, while the inert process chamber with integrated hoover and airlock minimises powder contact. The supplied 3DXpert® software solution supports the entire workflow from design to production and ensures high-quality printing results.
