Product description

The PSLA 270 from 3D Systems combines the precision of stereolithography with the speed of projector-based exposure. Equipped with two 7-watt HD projectors, it achieves print speeds of up to 38 mm per hour while delivering parts with exceptional surface quality (RA < 0.25 μm). The system utilises proven Figure 4 materials that offer long-term UV and moisture resistance - up to 8 years indoors. Thanks to the intuitive 10-inch touchscreen, 3D Sprint software and MT Connect interface, the entire workflow can be controlled efficiently. The PSLA 270 is ideal for industrial, healthcare and manufacturing applications where speed, precision and reliability are critical.

Success and accuracy on the first print

With the PSLA 270, there is no contact and no deformation caused by gravity. The end result is remarkable precision, consistency and part quality regardless of geometry with a fraction of the support structures required for other solutions. While the inverted set-up with a membrane works great for small parts, it leads to peeling and gravity distortion for massive parts with large cross-sections.
