GEA 230P Pneumatics
ADMG Technology vices are manufactured entirely from solid material with a body made of Ergal 7075 aluminium. The insert is made of steel, hardened and ground. The vice is lighter and easier to assemble. GEA guarantees tighter tightening thanks to the trapezoidal threaded spindle. Its geometric shape, its weight and the force applied make it unique in its kind.

Functionality
The vice closes with the force generated by the pneumatic cylinder, which is transferred to the jaws via the lever mechanism. The jaws are opened by springs. Possibility of locking the workpiece in the open position by reversing the air/spring configuration. Possibility of double-acting operation.

Mounting on the machine table with zero point and M10 screws, centring ø 40; with lugs for T-slots
